Chef's Table
Since 2006, Dimitri Van Berlo has been at the helm of Chef’s Table in Burcht. His menus are entirely inspired by ingredients from the restaurant’s own garden, where vegetables, fruit, herbs and floral decorations are carefully cultivated. This local and honest approach forms the foundation of inventive dishes with a refined presentation. Within the warm, contemporary setting, hostess Tanja Vyt ensures a heartfelt welcome, while live images from the kitchen make the craftsmanship tangible.
