Since 16 November 2024, restaurant Borse van Amsterdam in Aalst has been under the management of Edin Ramcic and Gunda Haelterman, who enthusiastically took over this iconic establishment. The restaurant, which has held a special place in the heart of Aalst for many years, remains a trusted meeting place where guests can enjoy refined cuisine, warm hospitality, and meaningful moments with family and friends. The new owners are committed to creating a welcoming and homely atmosphere where everyone feels at ease, while respecting the restaurant’s rich tradition and looking ahead to the future. Guests may dine à la carte or choose the Bib Gourmand monthly menu. On Friday and Saturday evenings, they kindly ask that the Bib Gourmand monthly menu be taken per table, with the exception of children. The kitchen is open continuously from 12:00 to 21:00, allowing guests to enjoy a relaxed culinary experience at any time of the day.
